Berry Trimming Smoothie Recipe
A delicious and quick healthy smoothie. Raspberries are an excellent source of fiber, which is digested slowly and helps manage an overactive appetite.
- 1 Banana (frozen is best)
- 1/2 cup Mixed Berries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 cup Coconut Water (option: add more to taste)
- 1/2 cup Low Fat Yoghurt or Coconut Yogurt
