Healthy Paleo Anzac Biscuit Recipe
Sugar Free, Guilt Free and Totally Delicious! Make a batch and enjoy them as a healthy snack. These biscuits are loved my Mums and Kids!

Calories: 200 per serve
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup oats
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 6 ml water
- 1/2 cup almond flakes
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 pinches baking soda
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut
Method
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
2. Combine the almond flour, almond flakes, oats and coconut in a large bowl.
3. In a small saucepan melt the coconut oil & maple syrup over medium heat.
4. Add in the baking soda and the boiling water into the saucepan and stir until the mixture begins to froth.
5. Pour over the dry mixture, stirringuntil combined (more water can be added if required).
6. Roll mixture into small balls. Place on a lined oven tray and flatten with a fork. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden.
If you prefer, you can multiply the recipe and store the leftovers in the freezer.
